The ROVA Project call for applications is open until 16 March at 5:00 PM CET, but before you apply, we strongly recommend you check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) we’ve compiled to help you navigate the application process more easily.
We know applicants often have similar questions when preparing their proposals, for example:
- Who can apply? (Which types of organisations are eligible and where they must be registered.)
- Can I submit more than one proposal? (Most guides specify that each organisation can submit only one application.)
- Is co-funding required? (Many calls clarify that own financial or in-kind contribution is not required and won’t give extra points.)
- What activities and objectives are supported? (Like capacity-building, advocacy, awareness-raising, and inclusion efforts.)
These are just a few examples of the types of questions addressed in the FAQs, which are regularly updated as more queries come in.

The FAQs are organized by country guide and include answers to the most common uncertainties applicants have about eligibility, documents, deadlines, and application steps. Taking a few minutes to review them can save you time, clarify doubts, and improve your application quality.
All official details about aims, eligibility, documents, and how to apply are also available on rovaproject.org.
Check the FAQs today, and if you still have questions afterward, please contact the ROVA support team.
Good luck with your application!
