Quality Education, Shared Classrooms

The project targets educational segregation, as no desegregation measures are implemented in Croatia. Actions include forum theatre, stakeholder meetings, a public campaign, policy dialogue, and policy monitoring. The project aims to increase awareness, strengthen civil society, pressure authorities, and spark public debate on Roma inclusion.

The project aims to include Roma migrants in the Finnish Roma policy. Actions include data collection through focus groups and the publication of a position paper. It aims to increase the political participation of Roma migrants, provide recommendations for the NRSF, provide policy cycle learning, and foster good relations between Finnish and migrant Roma.

Women’s NGOs Cooperation Network of Latvia

Advocate, communicate, empower!

The project empowers Roma, especially youth and women, through monthly policy dialogues, Roma Day events, two national seminars, and the registration of at least two new Roma NGOs in Latvia. It aims to increase Roma participation in policymaking, build NGO capacity, and promote intercultural understanding.

From Tokenism to Power – Romano Glaso

This coalition of 4 Roma CSOs addresses the lack of Roma participation in decision-making. It develops a watchdog initiative, monitoring the decision to transfer responsibility for NRSF within the government. Actions include dialogue meetings with authorities, expert workshops, awareness-raising through media, and publishing a joint policy paper with recommendations.

Building bridges: formalizing a and national Roma coalition for equality inclusion

The project establishes a new coalition of 20 CSOs to advocate for Roma rights and influence policy in Italy. Actions include stakeholder mapping/engagement, participatory consultations to co-design the coalition, coalition-building workshops, communication campaigns, and the creation of a roadmap for future cooperation. The aims are uniting Roma voices, spreading awareness about Roma issues and influencing policy.

Strengthening the Roma Coalition in Belgium

The project strengthens the informal Roma coalition with NGOs from all Belgian regions. It addresses the capacity gap and fragmentation of Roma CSOs in Belgium. Two capacity-building meetings will address local advocacy, community project development, and coalition coordination. Other actions include a national campaign raising awareness about Roma issues and providing support to 8 local initiatives of coalition members.

National Roma Coalition for Inclusion and Education in Poland 2026

This coalition, consisting of 6 Roma and pro-Roma CSOs, strengthens Roma participation in national and EU dialogues. Actions include a national coalition meeting, drafting a 5-year roadmap, and capacity-building workshops. The aim is to consolidate the coalition, strengthen internal capacity, and formalise its role in Roma inclusion policy.

Strengthening Roma Forum in Romania – Advocating for Inclusion, Equality and Human Rights.

The project strengthens the Roma Forum, a coalition of 28 Roma and pro-Roma CSOs, to boost advocacy, monitoring, and dialogue with policymakers. Actions include development of a strategic plan, shadow reporting on national Roma policies, campaigns, and capacity-building to advance Roma rights and inclusion.

United for Housing Justice: Civil Society Advocacy and Monitoring in Bulgaria

The project advances housing rights by influencing national policy. Actions include mapping of measures under national Action Plans, advocacy initiatives through a monitoring brief with recommendations, capacity building, and a visibility campaign. The coalition consists of RCM members, grassroots, and legal advocacy actors.

Voices of Change – Egalipe for Roma Equality Creating space for participation, dignity, and resistance in shrinking civic space

The project aims to include new rural and small CSOs in the Egalipe coalition, consisting of Roma and pro-Roma organisations. It provides smaller CSOs with capacity-building, peer-to-peer mentoring, and communication support. It plans to organise retreats and to set up a coordinating board. The coalition will also continue its policy monitoring and advocacy.

The project builds capacity to monitor and analyse Roma policies and advocate for improved policies. It aims to ensure accountability, improve policy design and guarantee an improved standard of living for Roma in Spain. Actions include an in-person session focused on monitoring the NRSF and capacity building. This will be followed up with two online learning sessions.

Monitoring of public policies for inclusion

The project monitors social inclusion policies. Coalition focuses on broader human rights issues. It includes 12 Roma and pro-Roma organisations. Roma voices are amplified through collaboration with non-Roma actors. Actions include evaluating the NRSF and advocacy at both national and EU level. The goal is to increase Roma input in future policies.

Voices into Action: Strengthening Roma Civil Society Advocacy in Czechia

The project increases civil society participation in designing and monitoring national/EU inclusion policies. It supports continued advocacy for the effective implementation of the NRSF and cohesion policy. Actions include facilitating dialogue with national institutions and EU representatives, a shadow report highlighting implementation gaps, hybrid capacity-building workshops, and internal coalition meetings.
